What does the hot-water explorer show?
One modelled skid, bare and insulated, with every item on it marked. The skid is 40 items over 24.5 m² of hot surface at 60 °C. Press any marker to open that item with its own figures and its own calculator.
Why does the calculator here work on one item at a time?
Because the whole skid cannot be solved as one body. Convection depends on shape and characteristic length. Five families summed at their own geometry do not equal one lumped body of the same total area. The skid figure is the sum of the five solved separately.
How much does the whole skid lose?
12.4 kW bare and 714 W with 50 mm of removable insulation, at the modelled defaults. The blue buffer tank is not insulated and carries no figure.
