Kosten = Emissionen × Preis × zahlungspflichtiger Anteil. Innerhalb des EU ETS folgt der zahlungspflichtige Anteil dem offiziellen Auslaufen der kostenlosen Zuteilung; für Exporteure ohne inländischen Preis folgt er dem CBAM-Einstieg.
