Access without a false saving
Against a bare roof, removable panels do not create an access saving; they add a short unclip/refit cycle. Select fixed cladding or existing blankets only when that is the real baseline.
Long roof sections above wash zones, penetrations and service hatches. Panels are split around every hatch and pipe so each service zone opens independently.
Bare metal is the honest default. Fixed-cladding or blanket savings appear only when you select that real baseline and enter its cycle.
The load entering the room
A long horizontal roof behaves like a radiant panel over the packaging aisle. The model reports the removable casing load only; it does not invent a room-temperature reduction.
It is the same saved heat viewed from the working environment rather than the fuel meter. No fan, cooling or make-up-air saving is added to payback.
