Coal power-plant records in Bosnia and Herzegovina

11 source records with 4,730 MW of listed capacity. This is not current national installed capacity.

Source records and lifecycle

The directory combines historical WRI records and GEM coal records. A capacity value does not confirm that a station was built or is operating. Unknown means the retained record has no lifecycle label; operating labels shown here are source labels, not a new site verification.

Bugojno's 600 MW is proposed capacity from two 300 MW units, both listed as cancelled by Global Energy Monitor. It is not operating capacity. Other capacity values retain the source-record scope; this table is not a verified total for operating coal stations.

Historical capacity and unit status

Tuzla's 730 MW is the historical WRI record value. GEM's unit table labels coal units 4, 5 and 6 operating, totalling 640 MW, and unit 3 mothballed. These different source scopes are not interchangeable.

Kongora, Glinica, Kamengrad and Banovici are cancelled projects in the linked GEM unit tables. Miljevina's two 110 MW units appear as cancelled in a historical category table. That category is not a current national fleet inventory. Proposed expansions and changes of fuel at existing stations are not added to the retained WRI capacity.
