The state of Thailand's industrial emissions

Across the 37 Thailand industrial facilities with an estimated CO₂ figure (Climate TRACE), total emissions are about 48.5 Mt CO₂e/yr. The single largest emitter, TPI Polene Mittaphap Cement Plant (cement), accounts for about 9% of that. The biggest sectoral share comes from cement. Among facilities with a known operator, the top three — Siam City Cement PCL, PTT Group, TPI Polene PCL — account for roughly 37%. Most of these facilities sit in a tropical Köppen climate zone.
