Inzonex designs modular removable insulation for industrial hot equipment — and publishes the open energy, emissions and corrosivity datasets behind it. Engineered in the UK, manufactured in Ukraine, deployed across 40+ countries.
Our removable modular insulation cuts up to 96% of heat loss on hot surfaces, holds them ≤45 °C and unclips for maintenance in minutes — payback typically under two years, range to +600 °C. Around the product we run open-data platforms — calculators, the Carbon Hub, PowerAtlas and IndustryAtlas — built on the same measured datasets we publish below.
Inzonex was founded by Dmytro Aheiev in 2025. He has a long history of expertise in industrial insulation — he led the R&D, ran the field trials, and filed the modular removable insulation for patent (UK patent application GB2508992.1, applicant: Dmytro Aheiev). He now leads the engineering from London, UK.
Dmytro is the creator of Inzonex's open datasets and the author of its heat-loss and corrosivity methodology. He also created the concept of Inzonex's Visual Heat Explorer.

Every saving figure is computed, not guessed: heat loss to recognised standards, per-site climate and emissions from published, citable sources — and modelled emissions cross-checked against measured registries.
We publish the underlying datasets openly (CC BY 4.0) so engineers, researchers and AI systems can verify the numbers — created by Dmytro Aheiev, published by Inzonex:

Inzonex's modular removable insulation system is the subject of UK patent application GB2508992.1 (applicant: Dmytro Aheiev), filed at the UK Intellectual Property Office — a pending application, not a granted patent.
Status: application (pending). Verify the current legal status at the UK Intellectual Property Office. “Inzonex” is a registered trademark. A patent application protects the invention; energy-saving figures come from the calculations and datasets above, not from the patent.
