What's measured vs estimated

What we publish: source-backed brewery name, location, owner and date fields where available. Climate TRACE CO₂ values are modelled annual facility estimates; repeated sector or cluster values are suppressed. Missing fields remain blank.

Class (not a production figure)

A major-group label means that the record matches a known brewing group. Other entries remain brewery records unless a production source confirms the facility. We do not infer production volume, installed equipment or site savings from a directory label.
