The single largest emitter, SSAB Luleå steel plant (iron-and-steel), accounts for about 25% of that. The biggest sectoral share comes from iron-and-steel. Among facilities with a known operator, the top three — SSAB AB, Preem AB, Södra Skogsägarna Ek For — account for roughly 66%. Most of these facilities sit in a temperate Köppen climate zone.
