Which industrial facilities have TRI chemical-release records?
IndustryAtlas currently links 1,155 facility pages to US EPA TRI records. Those records add facility-specific chemical names, parent-company fields and NAICS labels, which are more useful than repeating a generic emissions template.

What this adds beyond modelled CO₂
TRI adds facility-specific chemical names, NAICS codes and parent-company fields. That is high-cardinality evidence: 1,155 IndustryAtlas facility pages now carry TRI-matched fields, including many food, beverage, refinery and chemical sites that are weak in greenhouse-gas-only registers.

Frequently asked questions
What does TRI add to an IndustryAtlas page?
TRI adds reported chemical names, NAICS labels, parent-company information and on-site release totals where available.
Is TRI the same as measured CO₂?
No. TRI is a US toxic-release inventory. It is useful facility evidence, but it is not a greenhouse-gas stack measurement.
Why does this help food and beverage pages?
Many food and beverage sites are below GHGRP greenhouse-gas reporting thresholds; TRI can still provide facility-specific chemical records for some of them.
