The single largest emitter, China Steel Corporation Xiaogang plant (iron-and-steel), accounts for about 34% of that. The biggest sectoral share comes from iron-and-steel. Among facilities with a known operator, the top three — China Steel Corp, Dragon Steel Corp, Formosa Petrochemical Corp — account for roughly 65%. Most of these facilities sit in a temperate Köppen climate zone.
