The single largest emitter, BSRM Ltd Mirsarai plant (iron-and-steel), accounts for about 45% of that. The biggest sectoral share comes from iron-and-steel. Among facilities with a known operator, the top three — Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corp, Government of Bangladesh, GPH Ispat Ltd — account for roughly 24%. Most of these facilities sit in a tropical Köppen climate zone.
