Our engineers walk the site, identify uninsulated or poorly insulated components, and capture detailed visuals with thermal cameras.

For an early assessment, share equipment photos or drawings, dimensions, surface temperatures, operating hours and energy prices. Identify inspection points, parts opened during maintenance and any cleaning or access constraints. These inputs support an initial heat-loss and payback estimate before a full on-site audit.

Every detail matters.

We record equipment geometry, surface temperatures, supports and connection points, together with the clearances needed for inspection, cleaning and removal.
These measurements define the fitted module geometry, fastening positions and maintenance-access clearances.

Data becomes clarity.

We calculate heat loss before and after insulation, then estimate annual energy savings, cost savings and payback from the stated operating hours, energy price and heat-source efficiency. The report identifies measured surface temperatures separately from calculated results, so the engineering and financial teams can review the same assumptions.
