Every Inzonex unit is engineered to perform under pressure — thermally, mechanically, and visually.

We reengineered insulation from the inside out — every layer, seam, and fastener is built for maximum durability, clean looks, and easy maintenance.
CAD-designed modules use silicone-coated glass, PTFE or vermiculite-coated silica fabrics with mineral-wool cores for hot service. Materials and thickness are selected for the equipment temperature and service conditions.
Snap buttons, with magnets where applicable, provide maintenance access; a zipper opens the shell for cleaning and core replacement. Optional fibreglass inserts support the form. Marine-grade snap options use AISI 316 stainless steel. Service life depends on operating conditions, handling and inspection.
Our insulation systems are purpose-built for three temperature ranges:
Cold systems
For refrigeration and chilled-water lines, we apply a dual-layer configuration with staggered seams, eliminating air ingress and preventing condensation beneath the cover.
Standard industrial range (+50°C to +220°C)
Our most common application, engineered for maximum thermal efficiency and quick, tool-free handling during routine operations.
High-temperature range (+220°C to +600°C)
Designed for extreme conditions, protecting both personnel and equipment while maintaining stable performance for years.
