Heat, made inspectable
Reference scenario: 70 m2 of roof at 62 C and 1.5 m/s air velocity, matching the existing pasteurizer model. Replace these values with surveyed operating data.
Machine-specific engineering estimate. The area, temperatures, air velocity, emissivity and insulation thickness can all be changed under Your plant.
| State | Heat flux |

Detailed brewery tier: hconv = 5.7 + 3.8v, explicit radiation, temperature-dependent mineral-wool conductivity and iterative cover-surface temperature. Full method.
Access without a false saving
Against a bare roof, removable panels add a short unfasten/refit cycle. Select fixed cladding or existing blankets only where that is the real maintenance baseline.
Long roof sections are divided around access covers, raised features and perimeter posts. Each service strip remains independently removable instead of becoming one continuous obstruction.
Bare metal is the honest default. Fixed-cladding or blanket savings appear only when you select that real baseline and enter its cycle.
The load entering the room
The tunnel roof is a large horizontal source above the packaging line. The model reports casing heat kept out of the hall; it does not claim a room-temperature reduction.
It is the same saved heat viewed from the working environment rather than the fuel meter. No fan, cooling or make-up-air saving is added to payback.
