Increasingly, yes: the EU ETS prices large-industry Scope 1 at €80.01/t (July 13, 2026); ~80 carbon-pricing instruments exist worldwide (World Bank 2025). Scope 2 and 3 are disclosure obligations (CSRD/ISSB), not yet directly priced.
