Grande modello linguistico (LLM)
Un grande modello linguistico è un sistema di IA addestrato su enormi quantità di testo per comprendere e generare linguaggio. Alimenta assistenti come ChatGPT e Claude, e nell'industria è sempre più usato per cercare nei documenti, redigere report e rendere accessibile la conoscenza di manutenzione.
Gli LLM prevedono e generano testo, il che li rende forti nel riassumere, redigere, spiegare e rispondere a domande in linguaggio naturale. In ambito industriale si applicano per trasformare manuali, procedure e registri di manutenzione in una base di conoscenza conversazionale e ricercabile, e come interfaccia ai dati. Il loro punto debole è l'affidabilità fattuale, quindi le uscite importanti vanno verificate.
