This notice explains how Inzonex handles the information you choose to submit through the heat-loss and savings calculators on this site.

What we collect

• Your email address (required, so we can send the report).
• Your company name (optional).
• A short summary of the calculation you ran (e.g. estimated kW, MWh/yr, CO₂, payback) and which calculator you used.
• Basic technical metadata sent automatically by your browser (approximate country, browser user-agent) and a timestamp.

We do not ask for, or want, financial details, passwords or sensitive personal data. Please don't submit them.

Why we use it

• To email you the report you requested.
• To follow up, only if relevant, about insulation for your equipment.

Legal basis (UK GDPR): your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

Submissions are stored securely and reach the Inzonex team at contact@inzonex.co.uk. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and maintain a normal business record, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just email contact@inzonex.co.uk and we'll action it.
